If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered
Contact us as soon as you can with your order number and a photo. We'll replace the item or refund you.
If you've changed your mind
Because our products are used on skin, in the bath and around the home, we can only accept returns of items that are unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds
Once we've received and checked your item, we'll refund you to the way you paid, M-Pesa or card, and let you know when it's on its way.
